Del x Vince

Vincent let out another dark chuckle, finding him to just be endlessly adorable, which did nothing to make him -not- inclined to finish what he started. He was a bit surprised by his calm, but that blush was promising and something about his lack of freak out just made him want to do it more. He moved closer and rubbed against Del provocatively. "I think it's a wonderful idea~" He nibbled lightly on his lower lip, flickering his tongue out. "It's a good way to get comfortable and relax isn't it?~" He grinned at him with amusement.

"I wouldn't know." Del responded quietly, looking away and trying to focus on something else, rather than the blush over his face that had seemed to be a constant now. He wasn't quite sure what to do or make of the other being so flirty with him, he wasn't a stranger to people trying to come onto him. However, this time was different. Most of the time he got warning bells and was freaked to all hell, this time, he was pretty calm and unworried. He wondered why, but didn't understand it enough to make any decisions. So he just made himself relax completely and shivered a bit as he was rubbed against, feeling his cheeks darken with blush. "Why are you doing this? You don't hardly know me at all."

Vince paused a moment to raise an eyebrow and chuckle, it was interesting that he was a virgin, didn't know him, and yet still was terribly calm about all this. Which was becoming a large driving factor in what Vince was doing. Perhaps he was subconsciously trying to intimidate him for being all comrady and trying to be sympathetic to a monster like himself. "Hmm..why?" He tilted his head curiously as he continued to rub against the man under him. "Well there are several reasons~" He grinned and licked up his cheek. "For one~ you are terribly adorable and tempting~" His hands trailed down and slipped under Del's shirt, moving skillfully over the skin up to the more sensitive areas. "Secondly..." He moved his mouth over to his ear and bit down lightly before whispering seductively. "Because I want to." There were other reasons, but those would do. "And I can~"

Del shivered a bit more as he continued to rub against him, blushing only a little at what the other was doing, considering he wasn't scared of any sort of physical pain and had learned long ago not to be attached to people even if they attempted to be like this. "Tch..." he huffed and thought for a moment before squirming a bit under the other man's touch, if they had been anywhere else other than a carriage, he'd have flipped the other man by now and probably would have him handcuffed to the bed trying to figure out what to do with him, but since this was a carriage and he didn't have cuffs, he was pretty docile in an otherwise panicking situation. "You..." he shivered when Vince found a particularly sensitive spot, completely losing what he was going to say.

Vince was keeping his mask on well, but inwardly the terrible lack of reaction was driving the already irritated man crazy. It was only fair he return the gift of uncomfortableness after what he'd done, but it was proving to be a bit more challenging than one would have expected observing this man. That wasn't going to stop VIncent down. He raised a bit of an eyebrow at his attempt to make a sentence and chuckled, finally throwing off Del's shirt entirely and starting to bite and nibble his way down from Del's neck to certain other areas, sure he'd get something if he just went far enough down. While his mouth moved over the skin his hands were seeking out all the most sensitive areas and stimulating them just so.

Del was very well composed, though he was merely keeping it just to see how irritated he could make the other, for a few minutes longer he kept that up, before deciding that he'd show the other just why the Delancre clan was notorious. He brought his leg up slowly against the other man's thigh, wondering just how much time he had left before that irritating woman showed up, and suddenly flipped them, yanking off his belt and tying the others hands together, flushing and panting at the effort it had taken to remain calm all throughout that entire endeavor. "Okay now what...?" he asked himself, searching Vincent's pockets and finding his scissors, blinking a few times before glancing down at the blonde. "Really?"

Vince was getting very determined with all this lack of responce, nearing the point where he might have started to get a bit mean when he felt Del finally move a little. For a moment he was wondering if he might have finally pushed him far enough to have him participate. He had not expected to suddenly be flipped over and tied up. He didn't try very hard to resist or escape immediately, giving a very similar illusion of docility though he looked awfully pleased to be tied up. In fact he was damn pleased. Even if he couldn't get free, he had gotten a reaction and ended up in a position he enjoyed. He leaned back comfortably against the seat and watched the other man with a chuckle, amused at his expression at the scissors. "What, did you expect a dagger or something?" He grinned. "They work quite nicely if the situation requires it."

Del just stared stupidly at the things for a moment, before running an admiring hand over the colors that he found to be surprisingly pleasant. He smiled after a few moments and set them down, noticing that the other seemed to be amused he was tied up rather than pissed. "You're awful strange, Vinny." he stated, smirking at him nonetheless and pulling his shirt back on, his coat a second later. He wasn't going to run away even after all that, he just thought that it was a fun game after all. And for the moment, it was just that. He relaxed against the seat after a moment or two and chuckled.

Vince tilted his head and watched him curiously, waiting to see what he would do next. He didn't seem inclined to punish Vince in any way for what he'd tried to do. "...Vinny?" He murmered softly to himself, not entirely sure what to think of the nickname, rather different from what anyone else had used. Del never failed to be fascinating. First with his unusual whatever, then his attempt at calm only to turn into a superior smirking fiend now that he was sure he was in control. It made Vince want to wipe that expression right off his face. But it was awfully fun to be tied up too. "What's so funny eh?~" He settled down more comfortably, still not straining the bonds. "Thinking of what you shall do to me now?~" He smirked faintly himself.

Del blinked a few times before blushing a bit and looking away. "Um a-actually I have no idea what I'm doing, but thanks for your confidence in me." He looked back and noticed the other was no longer tied up and squeaked a bit in surprise, bringing a hand up to his mouth and frowning at the all too embarrassing noise. "Sheesh..." obviously the belt wasn't good enough a restraint, he'd have to remember that in the near future. Otherwise Gypsy could have easily killed him by now. He scooted closer in spite of what the other had done just a few moments ago, a testament to his true confidence hidden under all that low self esteem.

Vince smirked and chuckled a bit at that rather shameful admission, taking the moment he was looking away to twist out of the rather poor restraints. A belt could do sometimes but this belt was too tough to twist and pull in the way it needed to. "Well then we'll just have to ponder that won't we?~" He was totally acting as if he hadn't just been tied up, handing him his belt back, neatly rolled up. He was a bit surprised to see the silly thing come closer to him again and shook his head lightly. "ah look, we're just about home~" He grinned and pushed the door open, stepping out just as the carriage stopped. "Well come along then."

Del stared after him for a few moments, before slipping out of the carriage, following after the man. "Woah..." he blinked in surprise at the rather impressive manor before flushing a bit. He should have figured out from the way Vincent was dressed that he was nobility but the silly son of the mad scientist had been distracted by other things. "Ah, wait!" He had also gotten distracted enough that Vince was quite an amount of space ahead of him. He stepped into stride with him a moment later and sighed. "I really need to stop spacing off..." he muttered.

Vince glanced back over his shoulder with an amused expression, simply walking forward without any worry of leaving the other man behind. "Yes, yes you do." He smirked and shoved the doors open, strolling inside and catching a maid. "Have some food brought up to my room." He then turned and lead the way up to his messy quarters, though they were relatively neat aside from the animal toy carcasses everywhere. "Ah...I apologize." He was so used to them he hadn't even thought about it. "Echo!" The ghost of a girl appeared out of nowhere and started cleaning up the fluff, probably for the first time ever, while Vince settled comfortably on his usual chair. At which point he pulled out the scissors and toyed with them musingly.

Del followed the man to his room, watching the almost lifeless girl with a slightly worried expression, before he felt something twist in his gut and he was quite suddenly yanked backwards, he recognized this feeling well enough but wasn't prepared to land on his back on hard cobblestone. "Mn...jeez Swan.." he pushed himself up and dusted off, sighing a bit. "Is that house really that bad?" He didn't get an answer. He sighed a bit and brushed past the alley, looking around. This place was fog ridden and he felt unease more and more as he put his feet in front of eachother. "I have a bad feeling..." he mumbled out to himself, jumping when he heard footsteps.

"Welly well well~" a high feminine voice spoke from the fog before a bright haired lady stepped out and in plain view. "Looks like mumsie caught up with her wittle boy~" she giggled into her hand, unsheathing a dagger from seemingly nowhere, though all sorts of things were always concealed under her clothes. "Let's play a little game!" she suggested, tossing the dagger at his head, causing him to duck instantly out of instinct. "Let's see which is the better creation, the son, or the 'mother'."

"I was born." He corrected irritably.

"Sunshine, you're worthless, until you can prove to mum you have something worth keeping alive~" She flashed her fangs being half Awakened herself. Which was why Black Swan was constantly in a state of paranoia about everyone and everything that breathed, Gypsy...could also shapeshift. "Daddy gave up his life for you? No no, he just happened to die in the explosion."

He took a weary step back and frowned. *Okay why not teleport now damnit?* He grumped mentally, though for some reason still getting no response. "Heh...Dad was a loser. Just like you, chasing after me when I'm worthless...what's that say about your sorry excuse for a life?" He dodged another dagger just barely that time, but she was making no advancement quite yet.

"Stubborn brat, can it!" Adelhard ignored her for the most part, before waiting until she glanced half a second away, just her eyes, and zipped out of her way. "You always do this..." she muttered, following after him. Oh well, she enjoyed the chase, she always had.

Vincent looked up sharply as his 'guest' suddenly vanished in front of him, his eyes narrowing with irritation. "Hmp...Echo!" The lifeless girl stopped and gave the briefest bows before darting out the balcony doors in search of his disappeared guest. Vincent took a moment to change his clothes before leaving in a slightly more sedate manner. He was more feeling around for his more unsual aura signature rather than wasting his time running everywhere. As if to make the search even more easy for him, as he let his senses expand he felt -two- unusual auras, one familiar and one..sort of similar. "Hm..." He tilted his head with a smirk before he was off like a rocket. Just like Echo, when needed he could move very quickly on foot, and right now he had reason.

Del danced out of the way as a shower of poison shards came hurtling at him a few moments later, Gypsy laughing in the thrill of the moment, she wasn't the least bit deterred. He gasped as one managed to hit his shoulder, holding it in pain and staggering. Her poison was very lethal and after a second he fell to his knees. "S-Swan..." the bird reacted immediately, coming to his rescue. Adelhard felt a twinge of bitterness...he always hated relying on his awakened. "Damnit.." he tried to pull himself out of the way, shuddering as his body did it's best to fight off the poison. Gypsy fought with the Swan laughing and thinking she'd finally won, after all, with Del on the ground, what could the bird do?

"Who's going to save my baby now? Mama can't control herself for much longer!" Gypsy laughed aloud, making Del wince and curl into a ball covering his ears. He didn't cry, but he couldn't stand to hear this. He wanted to scream 'you aren't my mother' but his throat was tight.

Del was very lucky that Vincent was as quick as he was. A few seconds after he hit the ground Vincent landed neatly next to him, viewing the scene with utter calm. Once again, and probably for the last time tonight, he said his servants name. "Echo." His voice was soft this time and he turned away even as the doll joined the battle. "Relax, Del, the more you get worked up the faster it moves through your body." He kept one eye on the battle but was mostly focused on Del as he noted the signs and ran a finger along the slight cut, sniffing at it musingly. "Hmmm..." He riffled through his pockets and pulled out a green vial. He may not have the exact antidote, but it would slow the other poison down, that was the lovely thing about it and why he always carried it around. Of course it also interfered with just about everything as well, but that was a problem for later. "Well then, this should hold you for a bit." He gripped his chin firmly and passed the stuff from his mouth to the others, suddenly snapping into motion and picking the boy up, darting back towards the manor, where he had a great deal more in the way of supplies. "Do your best you two~" Even now he sounded so cheerful.

Del listened to the other and didn't struggle, even if it was to save his own pathetic existence, he had once thought that perhaps he could save something worth saving. Though as Gypsy said, unless he could find it, he really wasn't worth much. He didn't even bother trying to hold onto the other, so disgusted with himself that even having him take him away and give him some form of slower for the poison, just felt...undeserved. He didn't bother talking, instead he just sort of drew back into himself, the last time he had come face to face with Gypsy, he'd been staying with a nice old couple.... "They died...because of me." He mumbled aloud to himself, everything because of him. He really didn't deserve to be anything but dead on this plain. Even then this was completely undeserved. He should have just left him there for Gypsy. He buried his face in the others chest and sighed, trembling, but mostly because his inner war was raging once again.

Vince, being of the self hating persuasion himself, could tell from the way Del was acting that something that woman had said or done was bothering him a great deal. The priority here was to save his life, but as he murmured something Vince thought it was perhaps worthwhile to deal with the rest as they went. He shifted his grip so he could cradle the man in one arm and pet his hair lightly with the other. "They died because of you, or they died because of Her?" Unless Del was the one who took the weapon to them, then their death rested on her shoulders, and no others. "You didn't kill them did you? You were just trying to survive while a horrible woman decided she was going to be a bitch and try to kill you." He could make a lot of assumptions here. "Anyone that feels no remorse at killing...certainly won't stop at one. You dying would do nothing except give her free reign to choose another target, or targets."

"I just feel bad that there was nothing I could do." Del felt dizzy, and rested his head against the blond man's chest, Gypsy had to be stopped. With that incentive in mind, he kept himself awake, refusing to succumb even though that's what his body had been doing the whole time, fighting against the poison. He couldn't let it end this way, not this way! What had he been thinking? Del frowned and focused his energy on one thing, the poison in his body and in his mind. After a few minutes the Swan reacted, diving through his body with it's power and making the young man gasp as he felt the foulness leave his body, gasping for breath when the bird was finished and returned to help Echo, sighing in relief and putting his hand to his head. "I'm...okay now.." he muttered, feeling a lot better than he had just a few seconds ago. Both mentally and physically, he vowed to try never to have a weak moment like that again, or at the very least he would try. He sighed a bit and made his decision. "Thank you for your help...but I should get going, it's no longer safe here." He pushed his hands in his pockets. "Swan finish the fight and then return." He commanded, sounding suddenly a lot more hardened than he acted half the time.

"Then make sure next time you can." Vinces voice was rather strong as he pet his hair more, the look in his eyes rather stony, though thankfully the boy couldn't see it. He knew well the feeling. He stopped as he realized the bird was there to help Del, simply watching in silence, not looking so much like the sweet man he'd been pretending to be for so long. He was much more his real self right now, though the barest flicker of a smile passed over his face at the obvious statement that he was okay now. He was not at all surprised that this boy decided to try and leave, but he had no intention of letting him go. Not after all this effort to get him. "No longer safe?" He put a hand on his hip and gave him a bit of a piercing gaze. "And just where is safe? Has your running done you any good whatsoever against this woman? Is that how you plan to defeat her, just running from place to place until she gets tired of it? You should know she never will, a thing like her thrives on the hunt." He smiled coldly. He lived with people like her, he knew. "Would it not be better to have a base and set up a trap for her? Perhaps recruit some help or stay in one spot long enough to actually increase your resources or strength?"

Adelhard grimaced and turned a fierce gaze upon the blonde man from over his shoulder. "No one's offered to help me. You're not even really offering to help, you're just in it to sate your own curiosity." He knew what was probably going to come out of his mouth next, and all he wanted to do was go sulk somewhere and heal his bruised confidence....what little he had had to begin with. "If you want to kill her so bad, have fun, but I'm sick and tired of her and of everything else in my damn life! You're right, running away won't solve the problem, but facing it got my family killed. So until I can find some reliable help, I just assume forget it." He sighed and turned on his heel, what the hell did the man expect him to do? Go along with it? He sunk down on a bench in the park some half an hour later and stared at his reflection, grimacing when he saw those same eyes that belonged to his father. "Swan..." he murmured, watching as his dark bird appeared upon the water, then laid himself down and let him relax, while he dropped off into a nap. Probably not the safest thing to do, but he wasn't scared of Gypsy. After a few more hours, he sat up and looked around, sighing and dropping his head into his hands. He didn't feel sorry for himself like some might have thought, but his confusion was deep, and he was so sick of that woman. "Sometimes....it seems like I'm the only person in the world that isn't after anything from anyone...not plotting or anything I mean.." he told the dark bird that sat near his foot, huge and easily spot-able but also a silent and protective guardian.

Vince's hint of a smile turned into a real cold one at that fire in that look sent at him from the previously meek man. He might have been pinned right on by the young man, but that didn't bother him at all. "Idealistic little bird...a swan is rather appropriate for you I think." Vince let him walk off for the moment, knowing that he would have no problem finding him so long as he was still on this world. "Hmp.." He smiled a bit sadly as he looked down over the city, finding the similarities and differences between the boy and his brother to be rather touching. Gilbert had been mentored by a man much like himself...in certain philosophies at least. The major one being 'use whatever tool happens to be in reach'. He sat down and stared musingly after Del for a while, looking a bit sad but really he wasn't that bothered. He was mostly giving that boy time to calm down and see reason. Or not and come with him anyway. After he judged it long enough he stood up and started slowly making his way after him, in no hurry but determined to keep him here until satisfied.

Adelhard sighed after a few moments and got to his feet, turning to face the Black Swan, whom looked down at his Tamer with a sad expression. He returned a colder one than normal, still angry at himself. He took a deep breath and centered himself, his purpose in this world had been finding an Awakened for himself, well now was the time to use him. He turned and looked off at the town, where a ruckus was going on. "Let's go." He commanded of the bird, taking a few steps towards it before a speeding carriage almost knocked them both flat on the road. He growled a bit and started running. "Move it!" he told the bird behind him, who took flight a second later and started for the commotion as well, the two of them reached the town within moments. He found the source of the problem easily enough, whatever the hell the thing was, it was scooping up people left and right and attempting to eat them alive. He frowned a bit before looking over at his Awakened. "Stop that thing, now."

Black Swan didn't hesitate for the breath of a second, swooping over and using it's darker power. Del's eyes glowing a faint silver before they flashed and the bird itself became the very essence of the spirit tree that ruled the Core back where they came from. The power of the Awakened, versus the power of a chain, and it was no surprise that after a few seconds of struggle, the creature that had been harming the city dropped dead. It wasn't like Del to play hero, but he couldn't stand death very well, turning and running summoning his Swan back before the people could properly thank him, and hiding in the shadows of the alleyway. Like a common rat.

Vince had sensed the chain coming but didn't care to do anything about it. Considering his chain was doormouse, fighting another chain would be kind of pointless. He had another goal besides. Which of course was moving strait for the chain. He chuckled darkly and picked up the pace so he could see how things played out, his cursed eyes drinking in every fascinating detail of the encounter. Whatever the boys companion was, there was no doubt it was not a chain. "Hmm..." He watched him hide away and another chuckle slipped from him, somehow he suspected Break would be amused to see him slipping into an alleyway once again, seeming to appeal out of nowhere behind Del. "Quite the impressive rescue Del-kun~"
